WSL 201 Identity, Calling, and Vision
This course seeks to enable students in their exploration of self, including a student’s gifts, passions, and strengths. The course will also assist students in engaging with the Lord in identifying their specific calling. Students conclude their time formulating an action plan to help them launch further toward their goals.
WSL 202 Dynamics of the Kingdom
Working from a practical and theological perspective, students will explore the concept of the Kingdom of God as it unfolds in scripture. Topics covered will include spiritual warfare, intercession, and partnership with God.
WSL 203 Conflict Resolution Workshop
Conflict is inevitable. How you address it is crucial. Students will learn and practice helpful skills for conflict resolution. Turn conflict from a problem to be avoided to an opportunity to bring life to all parties.
WSL 204 The Art of Leadership II
Continue to develop time-tested skills to maximize one’s gifts in leadership. Topics include accountability and organizational integrity, leadership and management, and encouraging and equipping future leaders.
WSL 205 Leadership Roundtable
Throughout the year students will meet to discuss important leadership and Kingdom themes. Students will seek to encourage, support and keep one another accountable as they shape and pursue their individual Kingdom Vocation assignments.
WSL 206 Kingdom Vocation
This assignment is the culmination of everything the student works toward in WSL. Each assignment is unique to each student, but articulates the student’s core identity, strengths, gifts, passions, calling and vision toward her life with God and extending His Kingdom. Each student will answer the questions, Who am I? What am I made for? How will I pursue it? Results of this intensive inquiry will be presented publicly at the conclusion of the year.
