The certificate program at the Wellspring School of Leadership is a unique balance of sound biblical education and practical leadership training. We believe the best leaders see people and the world through the Lord’s eyes and therefore must have a firm grasp on the biblical narrative and a biblical worldview. We believe the best leaders maintain spiritually healthy lives so they can lead others into wholeness and effectiveness.
In the classroom, you will be grounded in biblical theology and worldview, with a special emphasis on your place and mission within God’s Kingdom. You will learn how to hear God’s voice, His good purposes for you and His solutions to the world’s problems. Further, you will learn valued leadership skills that will serve you throughout your life.
During the Foundational Program, you will be placed in a discipleship group with your peers. Under the guidance of trusted leaders in the community, you can set goals for personal growth, receive prayer support and accountability, and process new material outside the classroom.
